- Download and install latest iTunes. Then stop Apple Mobile Service if you find it running in task manger.
- Check to make sure you are not using a charging cable only but standard data cable.
- Wait a bit longer (5 min.) after the final step of the connection wizard before clicking finish.
- If cable connection can't be established, use Wi-Fi connection or vice versa
- For Wi-Fi connection issues, make sure both devices are on the same network.Check for antivirus or firewall settings that may be blocking communication.
