MOBILedit! couldn't find your phone with the Advanced Detection Process. Please check these tips and look at the Online User Guide which includes instructional videos.
  1. Download and install latest iTunes. Then stop Apple Mobile Service if you find it running in task manger.
  2. Check to make sure you are not using a charging cable only but standard data cable.
  3. Wait a bit longer (5 min.) after the final step of the connection wizard before clicking finish. 
  4. If cable connection can't be established, use Wi-Fi connection or vice versa
  5. For Wi-Fi connection issues, make sure both devices are on the same network.Check for antivirus or firewall settings that may be blocking communication.
